day ten: lazy dayz

other than my Willy Wonka performance tonight, I did absolutely nothing but lay around. which was quite nice, I must admit! but right before I left for my Play performance, I ate myself a piece of Pretzel Salad! yum, yum, yum.. with my absolute adorable hat! total steal at shopko! originally $30 bucks, but got it on clearance for $6 bucks! woo ho! so I took a snap of a photo for documentation:

day nine: Pure Imagination - Night One

OH WOW! tonite was so much fun! if you didn't know... I'm Mrs. Beaureguarde in the play/musical Willy Wonka! & tonight was our dress rehearsal! & it went fan-freaking-tastic!

          ya see, Imma southern muuther, who is in fact, a lil embarrassed bout her daughder from all that guuum chewin she doesss. HEAVEN'S FORBID. JUDAS PRIEST!

day eight: Bug & Sue ROOM MAKEOVER

YESTERDAY, I went out to me auntie's home (a reoccurring thing), & helped her with painting & refurbishing old, antique, furniture. Let me just tell you... IT'S ONE OF MY FAVORITE THINGS TO DO! I could NEVER stop loving it! I've helped me aunt with plenty of stuff concerning creativity & fun... but this is a whole NEW project... & I'm in looovvvveee.

these ladies (the two on the left, Tristan and Kaylee) along with their baby sister, Quinn, are the two very lucky girls who get thee AWESOME, EXQUISITE ROOM...

so, i unfortunately didn't get a before picture of this room, But, it was just light brown walls & not very swirly girly for two imaginative minds... so, me aunt & I decided on this: 

(as you can tell it's not finished yet) Doesn't look very girly yet, BUT... we're accenting with a ton of pink! and some.. darker turquoise! me fav

a hobby that I like to do, (along with my auntie) is to go thrift shopping, garage hopping... ya know.. buy other peoples crap for cheap, then we FIX the darn thing up! && let me tell you, you're in for a HUGE TREAT!

I think I can rest in peace now! 

because this PROJECT IS AN ADVENTURE! 

i'm super duper grateful for my creativity..

My BUDDY OL' PAL, Austin McDermott, received 6 free tickets to the BOISE MUSIC FESTIVAL!.. & gave me one along with a bunch of our other peeps. it was also a fahrenheit of 102 degrees today... IN BOISE, IDAHO. geeez.

So, we started playing this game (grossing ourselves out), to take pictures of these people that were very disturbing... This festival is almost worse than the Fair, as far as TRASHINESS goes! For Goodness Sakes!

Anywho... This is Austins Girlfriend... isn't she lovely?

& lastly to finish out our night, we ate dinner at West Side Drive In & ate bacon cheeseburgers with tots and oreo milkshakes! um.., DELISH! then, hopped on over to my house and watched Madagascar 2!

so, YES! I dare rather say today was a fun, exciting, gross Adventure! One to definitely remember!

day five: matt & wyoming

this is quite an awesome weekend. I MUST SAY! I'm going to go down the list of the fabulous, magnificent events that have already happened since yesterday... (keep in mind these are all instagram photos). :)

number 1:

my uncle matt, (second from left) came to visit all his other siblings livin in Idaho. He's an Arizona sunkissed kid, and he needed some Idaho air dryness. :)

Now today, my uncle, and the rest of the mickelson side decided to drive to the cabin.. a whole 3 & half hour drive. Let's just say that this scenic route is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL: from soda springs to the lovely valley of star (Star Valley) in Wyoming. Oh & FYI, Star Valley is right on the border of Idaho & Wyoming.
